The Auckland-born actress moved to the US to pursue her career. She struck gold first in childrens tv. She appeared in the Disney Channel movies Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior and its sequel, helping to secure the role of Yellow Cheetah Ranger in 32 episodes of Power Rangers Jungle Fury.
A much more adult role, featuring her first nude scenes, came in the 2009 Australian TV series Underbelly: A Tale Of Two Cities. She has turned her hand just as successfully to comedy, both in the New Zealand series Go Girls and as Sasha, Charlie's Sheens' prostitute girlfriend in Anger Management. She made her big screen debut in Joss Whedon-Drew Goddard cult slasher movie The Cabin In The Woods.
